Decided to treat myself and my mother today. Finally got to check out Kristina's Kitchen, a small plant based corner diner in Whitley City, KY. Everything is made from scratch. 2 meals (enchilada bake pictured), hibiscus tea, 4 cookies, and a muffin was less than $35. Super friendly staff, too!
