I have a healthy adventure every single day and night living life more plant-based. When I set out to remove all of my over 40 medications, I never imagined food would be the answer. I certainly never even dreamed of the Zen that comes from just changing my food! ( Not an activist, just excited.)
Really enjoyed roasting pumpkin and seeds this week several times!
