Certainly everyone that turns vegan can avoid animal products in their own way. It is important in that for any of those doing this to like how they are doing that. Still most of us would like learning points that we can take to do so better. Doing what is healthier is of value.
Having animal meat, dairy milk and its products, and eggs is not what is better for you. They're not. Healthier options can be found, even with tasty things. I found using hummus for a lot of things made meals better than whatever I had before.
